Your first cleaning will be a deep cleaning and afterwards will be maintenance of living areas, bathrooms, kitchen & eating areas, sleeping areas, laundry room and office if applicable. Tasks to be done will be: dusting, vacuuming and mopping, cleaning of ceiling fans reachable by 3 step ladder, interior windows and sills, showers & tubs, vanity & sink. toilets & mirrors, kitchen cleaning of countertops, exterior of cabinets, refrigerator, stove & dishwasher, interior & exterior of microwave. Base boards as needed where reachable. Interior of the refrigerator & stove can also be done for additional charge.
Commercial Office Cleaning Services
Will consist of specifics of the client: Dusting, Vacuuming, Mopping, Kitchens- cleaning of countertop , Microwaves Interior & exterior, sinks, exterior of cabinets, trash bins emptied and discarded, exterior of refrigerator (interior when requested), replacement of paper products and soaps (supplied by Client), Restrooms - Toilets, sinks & vanities, mirrors, trash cans emptied & discarded, replacement of paper products & soaps (supplied by Client), Interior Window sills that can be reached, Offices - dusting, vacuuming or mopping, trash discarded. Any other specific thing that client will need.
Weekly, Biweekly or Monthly

Budget Cleaning Services
We customize a cleaning to fit your budget and only focus on the specifics and priorities of areas that you need cleaned. Our services are charged per Labor hour per cleaner. Our minimum charge is $120.00 that covers 2-3 labor hours max. Focus on your priorities of cleaning only certain areas of your home and save money and time.
Realtor Special Sale cleaning
We provide cleaning services specified to the realtor sales of home to get the home ready for picture or prior to sale and for Open home and closing Dates.
